Exercise Programming Winnipeg

At Zen Physiotherapy we are passionate about Exercise as Therapy and Movement as Medicine to promote your long-term health & wellness. Zen Physiotherapy Winnipeg offers home exercise programming through each of your Physiotherapy or Yoga Therapy sessions to enforce our education and intervention.

“Prehabilitation” (injury prevention) plans can be uniquely designed upon your request. General strength & conditioning programs may also be designed to for you. This program will be curated to your unique needs and goals which are specifically evaluated on assessment. Feasible exercise only packages can be purchased at any time after your initial assessment to continue your programming under the guidance of your physiotherapist.
