Winnipeg Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinics

Zen Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic is centrally located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with two convenient locations to serve you better. Our original clinic is nestled in the heart of River Heights, on the main floor of the cozy Corydon Village Mall at 5-1700 Corydon Avenue. Our second, newly opened location is at 627 Dudley Avenue in the Earl Grey area, featuring a welcoming walk-up storefront. Zen Physiotherapy is proudly owned and operated by local licensed physiotherapists Rhea Tomlinson (née Dufort) and Nicholas Chiu, supported by our dedicated and passionate Zen team. We offer a unique, holistic approach to health by blending Eastern and Western philosophies of care.

At Zen, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health and wellness. Each client receives a personalized assessment and a tailored rehabilitation program designed to enhance overall well-being. Our diverse Wellness Team—which includes experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, and yoga instructors—is committed to helping clients achieve their individual goals. Our Dudley Avenue location has a focus in vestibular physiotherapy, certified hands physiotherapy and pelvic health, while our Corydon clinic focuses on pelvic health, massage therapy, and yoga. Both locations are equipped to treat a wide range of general physiotherapy conditions.
